About the Role

As a Purchasing Specialist, you'll be responsible for the procurement of staffing services for our main organisation in Stuttgart and Europe-wide projects. You'll work closely with external personnel departments and internal specialist departments to ensure seamless execution of tenders and contract negotiations.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Procure staffing services for the main organisation in Stuttgart and Europe-wide projects
  • Set up and onboard new suppliers, developing the existing supplier management system
  • Execute tenders and contract negotiations, including framework agreements, service- and work contracts
  • Manage purchase orders, accounts payable, and invoice verification
  • Interface with external personnel departments and internal specialist departments
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a commercial apprenticeship in staffing services. You'll have a strong background in procurement, ideally in a plant engineering environment. Fluency in German and English is essential, with advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
