Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant to join our team at Capgemini Deutschland GmbH. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading HR cloud software implementation projects, focusing on HR Core and Talent Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and lead implementation projects as a project lead and support clients in optimizing and implementing their processes in SAP SuccessFactors and adjacent systems.
  • Moderate workshops and provide consulting services to business departments on the feasibility of requirements and innovations from releases and the SAP roadmap.
  • Contribute to acquiring new clients, support in proposal processes, accompany presales meetings, and expand the business field around the HXM Suite.
  • Support colleagues in building knowledge and experience.

Requirements

  • Completed degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the HR-Core and Talent Management field and experience in consulting HR transformation projects and implementing SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience in at least two of the following modules: Employee Central, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Succession & Career Development Planning, Recruiting, Learning.
  • Enjoy taking on responsibilities and tasks quickly in projects.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and very good German and English language skills.
