Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Berater für SAP SuccessFactors und HCM, der unsere Kunden bei der Modernisierung ihrer Unternehmensprozesse unterstützt.

Aufgaben
  • Projekte auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene für SAP SuccessFactors oder SAP HCM zu leiten
  • Als Teil des Projektteams wertvolle Arbeit im Bereich SAP SuccessFactors zu leisten und die Weiterentwicklung des Portfolios zu unterstützen
  • Ein zentraler Teil des Projektteams bei Projekten im SAP SuccessFactors-Umfeld zu sein und Verantwortung für den gesamten Projektzyklus zu tragen
  • Management- und IT-Konzepte zu entwickeln und die Beratungsfunktionen zwischen Fach- und IT-Bereich zu Themen wie Employee Central, Recruiting und Learning zu übernehmen
  • Innovative Integrationsszenarien zu entwickeln, die speziell auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Kunden zugeschnitten sind
  • Die Implementierung und Optimierung von SAP SuccessFactors-Systemen voranzutreiben
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder -informatik, bzw. eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Mindestens 3-jährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich SAP SuccessFactors und/oder HCM, idealerweise mit einem Fokus in Employee Central, Employee Central Time, Recruiting oder LMS
  • Erfahrungen mit der On-Premise SAP ERP HCM Suite, umfassende Kenntnisse in Integrationsszenarien sowie ein SAP-Zertifikat in HCM oder SF sind von Vorteil
  • Expertise im Bereich Projektmanagement und Erfahrungen in der Durchführung und Beratung von Implementierungsprojekten
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
