Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our global team in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in establishing Instagrid as a leading brand in the region.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute localized marketing strategies and initiatives aligned with the Instagrid brand.
- Collect market insights and data within key industries to inform localized content and campaigns.
- Identify and leverage local marketing channels to enhance market awareness and generate leads.
- Transform product positioning into compelling marketing messages that resonate with local target audiences.
- Manage and create engaging, market-specific content across various formats and touchpoints.
- Ensure the availability of localized sales support materials to empower the sales force and key external stakeholders.
- Manage local marketing initiatives and budgets, and analyze the performance and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Organize and participate in trade fairs and exhibitions to promote Instagrid products and solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Several years of marketing experience, supported by a proven track record.
- Experience in one of our verticals, such as construction or film & media, is a must.
- Flexible, positive attitude with entrepreneurial hands-on drive and growth-driven spirit.
- Strong communication and influencing skills. German native is a must, as well as good proficiency in English.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, tools, and content management systems.
- Familiarity with social media management.
- Understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics.
- A dynamic environment in a fast-growing structure with a very flat hierarchy.
