Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Application Manager, der unsere Microsoft-Plattform erfolgreich managt und unsere Mitarbeiter bei der Verwaltung und dem Support von Microsoft Outlook unterstützt.

Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für die fachliche Verwaltung von Microsoft Outlook und weiteren M365-Produkten
  • Begleitung des globalen Rollouts und künftiger Updates (Planung, Schulung, Dokumentation, Information, etc.)
  • Beratung, Support und Konzeption neuer Anforderungen
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen IT-Projekten und spezifischen Fragestellungen
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten
Anforderungen
  • Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, der Wirtschaftsinformatik, der Informatik oder IT-Systemkaufmann mit Berufserfahrung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Verwaltung und dem Support von Microsoft Outlook und weiteren M365-Produkten
  • Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement wünschenswert
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Qualitätsbewusste, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
