The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant IFRS to join our team. As a Senior Financial Accountant IFRS, you will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for our international subsidiaries, ensuring the monthly close runs smoothly and getting the consolidated financial statements ready.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Use your IFRS expertise to prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  2. Handle intercompany reconciliations and post necessary entries.
  3. Manage provisions, accrual accounts, and import data from external accounting systems.
  4. Work closely with other departments and subsidiaries to resolve accounting issues and answer questions from auditors.
  5. Be in charge of the general ledger in national and international projects, such as the rollout of SAP S/4HANA.

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Accountant IFRS with a degree in Business Administration or further qualifications as a certified accountant. You should have several years of experience in finance and accounting, particularly with IFRS, and strong skills in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP (nice-to-have).
