About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Manager to join our team at British American Tobacco Central Europe Area. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning and development strategy to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a learning and development strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and talent management needs.
  • Partner with global and local leadership teams to identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning interventions.
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with external learning providers to develop effective learning solutions.
  • Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead and manage a team of learning professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a learning and development role, preferably in a marketing or HR function.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective learning and development strategies.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand the needs of a global organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
