About the Job

The New Work SE is undergoing a significant transformation, focusing on the two strong brands XING and kununu. To build a strong foundation for this, a new organizational structure has been set up. The People department provides comprehensive support for this transformation. As Senior Manager People Development & Solutions, you will help shape key aspects of the transformation's success. We use agile working methods in interdisciplinary project setups to act successfully in a fast-paced environment. You can expect meaningful tasks and a lot of creative freedom while working with a powerful team. We are looking for a professional who can contribute to the success of this transformation.

About the Role

The Senior Manager People Development & Solutions will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support the transformation. This includes working closely with the People department to identify and address key challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience in organizational change management and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
