We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Specialist to join our team at Olympus. As a key member of our Center of Expertise Organizational Development & CSR, you will play a crucial role in driving our Employee Survey and Listening strategy, as well as leading regional projects and change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support projects, including the implementation of our Employee Survey and Listening strategy
- Serve as the regional subject matter expert for EMEA, including project and change management
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and HR colleagues from EMEA and global HQ
- Oversee the Global Engagement Survey in EMEA and support the rollout of post-survey action planning
- Develop and orchestrate culture development initiatives, including targeted initiatives
- Build and manage a community of HR colleagues
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant field (e.g. Psychology, HR, Business Administration) required
- Certification in organizational development, change management, etc. beneficial
- 5-7 years of professional experience in the field of OD, ideally in a large multinational company or as a consultant for international clients
- Proven experience in developing and driving employee surveys and using both quantitative and qualitative insights to shape culture development
- Knowledge of research design and analytics beneficial
- Experience in working in an international matrix organization
- Experience in Project Management & Change Management
- Strong learning ability, business acumen, results orientation, and attention to details; striving for excellence and with a passion for creating lasting impact
- Strong command of English is a must – both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus
- Ability to work in a structured way and enjoy co-creating impactful solutions with other colleagues
- Strong in convincing others and building informal networks to foster true collaboration across the organization; enjoy working together with different nationalities, personalities, and functions
- Experienced in presenting convincingly in front of different audiences, including Senior Stakeholders
- Part-time 28hrs per week
