Process Mining Master Project: Uniper's Maintenance Process Optimization

Uniper SE is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead a process mining master project focused on optimizing the maintenance process. The goal of this project is to identify deviations in process execution across power stations and develop effective measures to improve conformance.
Project Objectives- Update the existing process model to reflect changes in process execution
- Analyze differences between power plants and the as-is process model in detail
- Identify a harmonized way of working for maintenance orders to migrate into S4
- Experience in analyzing data with an academic approach and IT, Data Science, and Data Analytics background
- Working knowledge of Process Mining tools such as ProM or Celonis
- IT methodologies for data analysis and turning data into value and insight statements
- Fundamentals of Business Process Management (BPMN)
- Track record in Data Science and using Python, R, SQL, PQML, and similar
- Experience in using Business Process Intelligence or Advanced Process Mining applications
- Preferably, experience in the BPM or PADS groups, e.g., at RWTH Aachen or similar
