Master Project Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Project Specialist to join our team at Uniper. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data with an academic approach and working with Process Mining tools such as ProM or Celonis. You will also be expected to have experience in IT methodologies, Business Process Management (BPMN), and Data Science.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Science and experience in using Python, R, SQL, and PQML. You will also be responsible for working with our team to identify deviations between sites on effective measures (KPI's), activities, and recommendations to improve conformance and prepare the process for the S4 Hana Transformation.

You will also have the opportunity to work on a process mining master project on our maintenance process, analyzing the differences between the different power plants and the as-is process model in more detail.

Your responsibilities

  • Analyze data with an academic approach and have an IT, Data Science and Data Analytics background
  • Work with Process Mining tools such as ProM or Celonis
  • Have experience in IT methodologies on how to analyze data and how to turn them into value and insight statements
  • Fundamentals of Business Process Management (BPMN)
  • Track record in Data Science and using Python, R, SQL, PQML and similar
  • Use further applications which support Business Process Intelligence or Advanced Process Mining
