Master Project Specialist

We are looking for a Master Project Specialist to work on a process mining project in our Energy Asset Management department. The project aims to analyze the PM/WCM process in different perspectives, identify deviations between sites, and prepare the process for the S4 Hana Transformation. The successful candidate will have experience in analyzing data with an academic approach, working with Process Mining tools, and IT methodologies. A background in Data Science and Data Analytics is required, as well as experience in using Python, R, SQL, and PQML. The position is limited to 6 months, with an additional 3 months, and offers a fixed monthly compensation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze the PM/WCM process in different perspectives using data from SAP PGC
  • Identify deviations between sites and update the process model where necessary
  • Analyze the differences between the different power plants and the as-is process model in more detail
  • Identify a potential harmonized way of working the Maintenance orders to migrate into S4

Your Profile

  • Experience in analyzing data with an academic approach and a background in Data Science and Data Analytics
  • Working experience with Process Mining tools such as ProM or Celonis
  • IT methodologies on how to analyze data and turn them into value and insight statements
  • Fundamentals of Business Process Management (BPMN)
  • Track record in Data Science and using Python, R, SQL, PQML, and similar
  • Experience in using further applications that support Business Process Intelligence or Advanced Process Mining
