About the Role

As a key member of the ZEISS Group, you will assist the Head of ZEISS Digital Partners in driving the digital transformation across all ZEISS Business. You will support ZEISS Digital Partners in scaling its business with the ZEISS business units, in managing it more effectively, and in staying on top of digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of ZDP in defining the future strategy and its global implementation with our locations in Germany, China, India, and Hungary.
  • Support the professional setup of our global organization and our way of defining, building, and operating digital and data solutions for all ZEISS businesses.
  • Partner with all ZDP unit leaders to support the development into a high-performing team, to execute cross-functional projects, and to create a consistent presence across initiatives.
  • Provide a structured approach and oversight on operationalizing strategic initiatives in ZDP's Agile Strategy Framework.
  • Identify obstacles for success in our collaboration and project/program execution as well as develop and present solutions to overcome them.
  • Take responsibility for cross-functional projects and drive their success.
  • Prepare and moderate leadership meetings and support the preparation of Executive Board meetings.
  • Support the Head of ZDP in preparation, debriefs, and follow-ups of workshops and critical meetings.

Requirements

  • Excellent university degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in a top-tier Strategy Consulting company and in leading projects with minimal direction.
  • Proven competencies in Digital/IT and Business Transformation.
  • Ability to influence and affect change in a multi-cultural and cross-functional environment.
  • Strong drive for action and ability to navigate in a large and constantly evolving organization.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Business proficiency in German and English.
