About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the development of our customer portal, driving digital transformation and enhancing customer engagement. As a key member of our Digital Marketing Platform team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and prioritize the strategic roadmap for the customer portal, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Business Requirements Analysis: Act as the primary point of contact for understanding and analyzing business requirements from markets, ensuring effective translation into portal features and functionalities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with UX specialists, content strategists, product owners, and CX experts to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting metrics, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Expertise in Digital Transformation: Proven experience in crafting and executing digital roadmaps and strategies that align with business objectives and enhance customer engagement.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Skilled at thoroughly analyzing and translating business requirements into actionable digital initiatives.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading customer-focused digital projects from inception to completion.
  • Digital Marketing Experience: Preferably experienced in digital marketing, with a deep understanding of how digital platforms engage and retain customers.
