Transformation Management Intern

Job Description

Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Transformation Management team as an Intern. The successful candidate will support the design, development, and implementation of Change and Transformation Management Initiatives on a global level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Change and Transformation Management Initiatives
  • Conduct surveys and data evaluation
  • Manage self-reliant project activities
  • Plan and implement strategic leadership event formats
  • Prepare decision-making subjects for the Board of Management and other stakeholders
  • Develop business-related skills through autonomous learning
  • Maintain a Global Center of Competence for Change Management
  • Manage and develop a Global Transformation Network
Requirements:
  • Studies in Business, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields
  • Strong methodical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and MS Office skills
  • Knowledge in survey/interview preparations and data analysis is an advantage
Additional Qualifications:
  • Previous internship experience
  • Knowledge in Strategy/Change Management/Project Management is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Banking/Automotive Industry/Mercedes-Benz is an advantage
  • Intercultural experiences are an advantage
Language Requirements:
  • Fluent level of English (written and spoken)
  • Minimum upper intermediate knowledge of German (written and spoken)
