Job Description:

Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG is a leading financial and mobility services division of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. The company offers a wide range of products, including leasing and finance, subscription, fleet management, insurance solutions, banking services, mobility services, and digital services for charging and payment.

The M/SX-T (Strategy, Execution and Transformation) office is part of the Strategy department and is responsible for global change and transformation activities at Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG. The Transformation Office plays a crucial role in successful strategy implementation and execution by focusing on the people side of change, strategy understanding, communication, and organizational culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, communicating, and implementing Change and Transformation Management Initiatives on a global level
  • Survey and Data Evaluation
  • Self-reliant Project Management activities
  • Planning and implementation of strategic Leadership event formats
  • Preparation of decision-making subjects for the Board of Management and other stakeholders
  • Autonomous self-development in business-related topics
  • Maintaining a Global Center of Competence for Change Management
  • Management and Development of a Global Transformation Network

Requirements:

  • Studies in Business, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields
  • Self-motivated, well-organized to manage a hybrid work environment
  • Strong methodical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Knowledge in survey/interview preparations and data analysis is an advantage

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience from previous internships
  • Knowledge in Strategy/Change Management/Project Management is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Banking/Automotive Industry/Mercedes-Benz is an advantage
  • Intercultural Experiences are an advantage

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent level of English (written and spoken)
  • Minimum upper intermediate knowledge of German (written and spoken)
