Job Description

Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG is a leading provider of financial and mobility services. The company operates in countries with its headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany.

The M/SX-T office is part of the Strategy department and responsible for global change and transformation activities at Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG. The Transformation Office focuses on the people side of change, strategy understanding, communication, and organizational culture.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Change and Transformation Management Initiatives on a global level
  • Conduct surveys and data evaluation
  • Manage self-reliant project activities
  • Plan and implement strategic leadership event formats
  • Prepare decision-making subjects for the Board of Management and other stakeholders
  • Develop business-related topics autonomously
  • Maintain a Global Center of Competence for Change Management
  • Manage and develop a Global Transformation Network
Requirements
  • Studies in Business, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields
  • Self-motivated and well-organized to manage a hybrid work environment
  • Strong methodical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Knowledge in survey/interview preparations and data analysis is an advantage
Additional Qualifications
  • Experience from previous internships
  • Knowledge in Strategy / Change Management / Project Management is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Banking / Automotive Industry / Mercedes-Benz is an advantage
  • Intercultural experiences are an advantage
Language Skills
  • Fluent level of English (written and spoken)
  • Minimum upper intermediate knowledge of German (written and spoken)
