Als Operations Excellence Working Student wirst du Teil unseres operativen Teams und unterstützt das Management bei administrativen Aufgaben. Du wirst aktiv zum Erfolg unserer Massagestudios beitragen und direkt in die Gestaltung unserer operativen Ausrichtung eingebunden sein.

Aufgaben
  • Du bist ein Teil unseres operativen Teams und trägst aktiv zum Erfolg unserer Massagestudios bei.
  • Du unterstützt das Management bei administrativen Aufgaben und sorgst für Zufriedenheit der Mitarbeiter im Studio.
  • Du lernst das operative Geschäft eines Massagestudios kennen und trägst zu reibungslosen Abläufen bei.
  • Du wirst Teil eines Projektteams zur Prozessoptimierung und zur Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit.
Qualifikation
  • Du bist aktuell an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben und suchst nach einer Werkstudentenstelle.
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an operativen und organisatorischen Themen.
  • Du hast starke kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität und ausgezeichnete Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.
  • Du bist ein starker Team Player.
