Als Operations Excellence Working Student wirst du Teil unseres operativen Teams und unterstützt das Management bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und der Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit.

Deine Aufgaben werden sich auf die Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben, die Gewährleistung der Zufriedenheit der Mitarbeiter im Studio und die Lernphase des operativen Geschäfts eines Massagestudios konzentrieren.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und der Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Administrative Aufgaben und Gewährleistung der Zufriedenheit der Mitarbeiter im Studio
  • Lernphase des operativen Geschäfts eines Massagestudios
  • Teilnahme an Projektteams zur Prozessoptimierung und Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit
Qualifikationen und Anforderungen
  • aktuelle Einschreibung an einer Hochschule
  • ausgeprägtes Interesse an operativen und organisatorischen Themen
  • starke kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
  • fließend Deutsch und Englisch
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und ausgezeichnete Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
  • starker Team Player
