Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our team in Waldbronn, Germany. As a key member of our Operations Support team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in the production environment, including equipment setup, material handling, process support, inspection, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up machines according to product data
- Continuously clean and inspect production equipment
- Perform regular, simple maintenance tasks
- Rust the equipment
- Monitor and ensure material flow
- Develop ideas for continuous improvement of production workflows
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the electrical or mechanical field with first-hand experience or several years of experience working with production equipment
- Technical understanding of machine setup and operation, as well as performing minor maintenance tasks
- Extensive knowledge of the materials being processed
- Experience working with technical data
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and documentation
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken; good English skills are a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
- Analytical skills in the context of task responsibility

- Willingness to work in a shift model (early/late shifts)

- A keen eye for detail and a focus on high-quality work
