About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Data Manager to join our team at Eppdata GmbH. As a Clinical Data Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of clinical data in our medical studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and manage study data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare study image data for image evaluation (QA) and data reporting
  • Monitor and report on evaluation progress, providing timely updates to stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with sponsors, study centers, and physicians to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Assist in the creation of eCRF, rating sheets, and study documentation in our company software (Eppdash/Eppload)
  • Participate in team meetings, planning, and retrospectives to drive project success
  • Support Study Initiation, Operations, and Study Close-out activities
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our eTrial Master File
Requirements
  • Radiographer or study nurse with at least 2 years of experience
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in German (B2 or above) and English (B2 or above)
  • Office presence preferred, with the option for remote work
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of ICH GCP and Good Document Management Practice standards
  • Experience with information security and data privacy
  • Background in handling and processing medical images (CT/MRI/DSA)
  • Experience in cardiological examinations and angiography
