Vascular Clinical Support Consultant

Overview
The primary objective of this role is to promote the Vascular product line by delivering hands-on clinical assistance and education to healthcare professionals. The Vascular Clinical Support Consultant will serve as the clinical authority within the Vascular division.
Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the product range and associated medical devices.
- Deliver exceptional service to clinical clients, including case planning and support. Be present in the operating room to assist staff in achieving successful outcomes with vascular devices.
- Engage in daily communication and execution of product launches, while introducing new technologies and identifying opportunities within accounts.
- Conduct technical training sessions for clinical clients and team members on the utilization of Cook's medical devices as necessary.
- Provide insights to the Regional Business Manager, Commercial Business Manager, and Account Specialists regarding developments and trends within the product line.
- Gather market intelligence and relay pertinent feedback to division personnel promptly.
- Explore and assess new product concepts, supplying relevant information to the Sales Manager and account manager while facilitating ongoing dialogue.
- Ensure that all new or revised product information is effectively communicated to and comprehended by clients and team members.
- Participate in relevant local and international exhibitions, meetings, and lectures, sharing valuable information with the divisional team.
- Prepare written reports for the Regional Business Manager as required.

- Conduct Cook business with integrity and in accordance with applicable standards, including Cook policies, while fostering the Cook culture and adhering to company guidelines.
Collaboration
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and regional physicians.
- Collaborate effectively with other sales team members and Cook support functions to deliver optimal service to clients and patients.
- Work closely with the Account Specialist to meet or exceed account or area objectives and targets set by management.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in clinical support is preferred.
- Familiarity with pertinent clinical procedures is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze clinical data effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of self-motivation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Language proficiency – strong written and verbal command of English and other relevant languages.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong networking capabilities.
- Excellent numerical skills.
