ERP Replacement Program Lead

Are you a seasoned project manager looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager - ERP Replacement Specialist to join our team at Enovos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a large-scale ERP replacement program, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects, initiatives, and streams within the SAP ecosystem, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Own the ERP replacement budget, timelines, deliverables, and team members' allocation, making informed decisions to drive project success.
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks, risk management strategies, and collaboration plans to ensure project stability and progress.
  • Ensure proper documentation and continuous process improvement, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to identify opportunities and risks, proposing action plans to mitigate potential issues.
  • Provide regular reporting on current and ongoing development projects to hierarchy and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Proactively propose solutions and mitigation actions for issues and risks, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous direct working experience in SAP implementation projects, with a strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem.
  • Change Management experience and knowledge of public tendering are considered strong advantages.
  • Ability to work autonomously in project management with multiple stakeholders and complex impacts.
  • Previous experience with IT implementation, with a focus on ERP replacement projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French, with a good knowledge of Luxembourgish considered a plus.
