Senior Product Compliance Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Compliance Specialist to join our team at NavVis. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of our Indoor Mobile Mapping Devices with international regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure product compliance with international regulations and standards.
- Shape and further develop our global market access strategy, including markets such as the EU, USA, Australia, Japan, and China.
- Ensure all products comply with international regulations and standards, covering topics such as Product Safety, Radio & EMC, RoHS, REACH, and others.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, test plans, and protocols for testing during development, as well as compliance procedures.
- Closely work with designers, software and hardware engineers, and management to define requirements, run test campaigns, and help identify and resolve issues early on.
- Act as the link between product development and a fully compliant mass-produced device, with a huge impact on quality, reliability, and ultimately the success of the product.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar.
- 3+ years of experience in the field of product compliance and test engineering, combined with concrete experience in international regulations.
- Knowledge of global radio frequency requirements and testing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of EMC (e.g. IEC, EN 55032, EN, and product safety standards (e.g. IEC, IEC).
- Proven experience in developing and implementing test strategies and methodologies.
- A systematic and analytical approach to testing and documentation, combined with a strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines in a fast-paced development environment.
