Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Business Consultant – Project, der sich für die Herausforderung unseres Teams begeistern kann. In dieser Funktion wirst du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Strategieabteilung und verschiedenen Bereichen der MEAG tätig sein und spannende Einblicke in die Welt des Asset Managements gewinnen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen unserer Strategieabteilung, den Backoffice Bereichen und unterstützt die Geschäftsführung in fachlichen, strategischen und administrativen Belangen.
  • Du übernimmst eigene Verantwortungsbereiche und begleitest verschiedenste Projekte/Initiativen.
  • Du erstellst qualitativ hochwertige Präsentationen für diverse Stakeholder und bereitest Entscheidungsgrundlagen vor.
  • Du führst strategische Analysen durch und trägst zur Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen bei.
  • Du unterstützt Fachbereiche bei strategischen Fragestellungen, der Optimierung von Prozessen sowie der organisatorischen Aufstellung.
  • Du arbeitest konzernübergreifend mit unseren Rück- und Erstversicherungseinheiten zusammen.
  • Du nutzt die Möglichkeit spannende Einblicke in andere Teams durch Rotationen zu erhalten.
Was wir von dir erwarten
  • Du hast Dein Masterstudium mit hervorragenden Leistungen im Bereich Wirtschaft, Management oder vergleichbaren Richtungen abgeschlossen.
  • Du konntest im Zuge Deiner Praktika-/Werkstudententätigkeiten bereits erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung bei einem Assetmanager, im Financial Services Bereich oder in der Beratung sammeln.
  • Du bist ehrgeizig, engagiert und hast großes Interesse an Projekt- und Innovationsthemen.
  • Du legst Wert auf eine steile Lernkurve, übernimmst gerne schnell Verantwortung und suchst nach sehr guten Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.
  • Du bringst analytische Stärken mit, arbeitest strukturiert, denkst unternehmerisch und bist ein echter Teamplayer.
  • Ein sicherer Umgang in den MS-Office Anwendungen sind für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Du bringst Englischkenntnisse mindestens auf C1 und Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf B2 Level mit.
