Senior SAP Project Management Consultant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our SAP PPM/CPM/PS initiatives within Corporate Business Solutions. This role focuses on delivering strategic consulting services to medium and large-scale enterprises, particularly in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in process and strategy consulting tailored for industrial clients, emphasizing the manufacturing domain.
  • Lead strategic S/4HANA projects, both Greenfield and Brownfield, ensuring successful implementation.
  • Design and execute comprehensive solutions utilizing SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM) frameworks.
  • Assume project leadership roles in both national and international SAP endeavors, specifically in PS, CPM, and PPM areas.
  • Conduct thorough pain point analyses and current process evaluations to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and provide coaching to stakeholders.
  • Support presales activities and foster strong client relationships.
  • Organize and lead workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
  • Develop prototypes to demonstrate innovative solutions.
  • Mentor junior consultants and trainees, guiding their professional development.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% across Europe and globally.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a distinguished degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience as an SAP consultant or key user in project environments.
  • Cross-module integration knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Experience in managing SAP consultants or serving as a sub-project manager in large-scale SAP projects is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate an independent and proactive work ethic, with strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication abilities in multicultural settings.
  • Fluency in both German and English is required.
  • Must be open to travel, including occasional international assignments.
