Our company, Hauck & Aufhäuser Innovative Capital GmbH, is a 100% subsidiary of Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG and offers services in the areas of administration and portfolio management of digital assets. We are also the fund manager of the first crypto-special fund in the established financial industry in Germany.

We are looking for a (Senior) Governance Expert for Contract Management and Compliance (m/w/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and ensure the implementation of governance topics
  • Manage outsourcing controls and negotiate all contracts (fund initiators/customers/service providers)
  • Support other departments in the areas of KYC and AML questions as well as the analysis and implementation of regulatory requirements
  • Conduct and be responsible for customer/initiator onboarding together with CRM
  • Ensure and design compliance and anti-money laundering guidelines together with GWB and HAL-Compliance as well as data protection guidelines
Requirements:
  • Economic science degree or training in the fund business or banking sector with corresponding professional further education
  • At least 6 years of relevant professional experience as an employee of a capital management company, bank, law firm, or auditing company
  • Knowledge of relevant German legislation
  • Experience in the areas of due diligence, governance, anti-money laundering, and compliance as well as outsourcing control
  • Goal-oriented, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Careful and structured working method as well as excellent communication skills
