Commodity Manager Direct Material (m/f/d)

Strong brands. A unique team. This is the Husqvarna Group, the world's largest producer of outdoor power products for forestry, lawn and garden, and construction.

We're looking for a skilled Commodity Manager to join our team in Ulm. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing our direct materials and ensuring a stable supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supplier management: Identify and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks in the supply chain in cooperation with internal stakeholders
  • Risk management: Monitor and analyze performance to ensure compliance with our procurement policies
  • Requirements:
    • Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
    • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a structured and collaborative procurement team
    • Knowledge of basic contract law
    • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
