As a Global Health Services Specialist at Leidos, you will play a vital role in providing beneficiary education and enrollment services for the TRICARE Overseas Program under the Defense Health Agency.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of dedicated professionals who share your commitment to making a difference in the lives of others. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with beneficiaries to ensure they receive the best possible care and support.

Your primary duties will include verifying benefits eligibility and processing enrollments, disenrollments, and portability transfers using the Defense Online Enrollment System and other customer relationship manager systems.

You will also register TRICARE beneficiaries in the MHS Genesis system, perform Primary Care Manager changes, and provide education on resources and benefits, as well as offer exceptional customer service to beneficiaries via phone and in-person interactions.

In addition, you will collect and process transfer information for active-duty and active-duty family member portability/disenrollment processes, conduct briefings for In Processing, Out Processing, Maternity, pre-separation/retirement, and other relevant events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify benefits eligibility and process enrollments, disenrollments, and portability transfers
  • Register TRICARE beneficiaries in the MHS Genesis system
  • Perform Primary Care Manager changes
  • Provide education on resources and benefits
  • Offer exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be SOFA/Command Sponsored as a dependent of an Active-Duty Service Member, DoD employee, or US Contractor supporting the DoD
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Be eligible for and maintain ADP IT III / Non-Sensitive Position, Tier 1

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $30,550.00 to $55,225.00 annually, based on your qualifications and experience.

The estimated salary for this position is around $42,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards.
