Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Payroll Manager to lead our payroll operations team at DSG Deutsche Seniorenstift Gesellschaft. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of payroll and benefits for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the payroll process, including the calculation and payment of salaries, wages, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax and social security laws.
- Develop and implement processes to improve payroll efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead and motivate the payroll team to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and HR, to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on payroll-related matters to employees and management.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations, and implement necessary changes to our processes.
Requirements:
