Deine Rolle
Als Senior Berater SAP Payroll bei adesso orange AG bist du ein wichtiger Teil unseres Teams. Du bist verantwortlich für die Gestaltung und den Betrieb von SAP Payroll-Lösungen für unsere Kunden. Du arbeitest eng mit den Fachabteilungen und der IT zusammen, um die Kerngeschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden zu optimieren.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du bist der Vorantreiber der digitalen Transformation und Modernisierung von Personalprozessen in Unternehmen.
- Deine Aufgabe ist die konzeptionelle Vorbereitung und Konfiguration von SAP Payroll-Beratungsprojekten sowie die Fehlerbehebung in den klassischen Folgeaktivitäten der Abrechnung.
- Du betreust die SAP Payroll-Systemlandschaft, bringst Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung mit ein und unterstützt die Umstellung von HCM on Premise auf SAP SuccessFactors.
- Mit deiner Expertise übernimmst du schnell Projektverantwortlichkeiten und entwickelst dich auch fachübergreifend weiter.
Deine Qualifikationen
- Einen Hochschulabschluss in einem MINT-Fach, BWL oder eine Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Implementierung von SAP-Modulen wie Personalabrechnung, Personaladministration, Zeitwirtschaft oder Organisationsmanagement mit.
- Du hast Erfahrungen in der Konzeptionierung, Wartung und Umstrukturierung des SAP-Abrechnungsschemas.
- Erfahrungen mit SuccessFactors Payroll sind schön, aber nicht zwingend notwendig, denn eine entsprechende Ausbildung ermöglichen wir dir.
- Eine modulübergreifende Denkweise und zielgruppengerechte Kommunikationsstärke.
- Die Bereitschaft, dein Wissen intern sowie extern mit unseren Kunden zu teilen und diese zu schulen.
- Drive und Lernbereitschaft, denn wir stehen nicht still und wollen mit Dir höher und weiter.
- Projektbedingte Reisebereitschaft und gute Deutschkenntnisse.
