Project Director Opportunity

Falcon Green is seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead a hyperscale data centre project in Frankfurt, Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering this complex project on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of project plans, including initial appraisal, planning options, and permitting requirements.
  • Proactively transfer resourcing skills to project leadership staff and plan skill requirements for assigned projects.
  • Ensure effective project setup, close-out, and quality processes, with a focus on cost, scope, and timescale alignment.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, owners, and directors of supply chain organisations and suppliers.
  • Establish and maintain regular project team meetings, including risk assessment and management.
Requirements:
  • Experience delivering projects valued in excess of £80m as a project lead.
  • Data Centre project experience is desirable, but candidates with similar experience will be considered.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
