About the Role

Mace is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Associate Director. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of senior managers, managers, and assistant managers in delivering complex industrial, manufacturing, and data centre projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of senior managers, managers, and assistant managers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with Mace's values, policies, and procedures, including safety, quality, and sustainability.
  • Contribute to the development of Mace's business strategy and growth plans.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivery of complex industrial, manufacturing, and data centre projects.
  • Professional membership, such as MRICS/RICS, and moving towards fellowship.
  • Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
  • Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of carbon and sustainability considerations in project delivery.
