Lead AI-Driven Customer Service Solutions

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the development, deployment, and optimization of AI-driven customer service solutions, focusing on LLM-powered chatbots. Your expertise will drive innovation and excellence in customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and deployment of LLM-based chatbots (GPT-4, T5, BERT)
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to integrate AI solutions
  • Provide strong leadership in AI projects, preferably in telecom or customer service
  • Ensure proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Work remotely with occasional travel for key meetings
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Experience with AI-driven customer service solutions and LLM-powered chatbots
