Role:
As a key member of our team at DeepRec, we are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Conversational AI efforts. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and refining agent-based systems for personalized content creation and conversational AI.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop cutting-edge AI systems for conversational interfaces
• Lead a team of engineers in the development of AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI projects
• Develop and maintain a robust training, data, and MLOps infrastructure for AI projects

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Deep/Machine Learning Engineering, specializing in NLP or LLMs
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams of engineers
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
