Duration: Minimum commitment of 1 year

Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in a university program

Key Responsibilities:
As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Branding & Campaign Management, you will play a crucial role in developing our branding initiatives and enhancing our market presence.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting the marketing manager with campaign development, execution, and evaluation Aiding in the analysis of campaign results and weekly performance Conducting regular competitor analysis Collaborating with external partners and internal stakeholders Providing assistance with various ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Employer Branding, Human Resources, or a related field Strong enthusiasm for employer branding and a genuine interest in talent acquisition Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to craft compelling content Creative thinker with an innovative approach Self-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks Proficient in social media platforms and familiar with analytics tools
