Duration: Minimum commitment of 1 year
Location: Düsseldorf, Germany
Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled at a university

Your Responsibilities:
As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Branding & Campaign Management, you will play a vital role in shaping our branding initiatives and enhancing our market presence.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting the marketing manager with campaign development, execution, and evaluation Aiding in the analysis of campaign results and weekly performance Conducting regular competitor analysis Collaborating with external partners and internal stakeholders Providing assistance with various ad hoc projects

Your Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Employer Branding, Human Resources, or a related field A strong enthusiasm for employer branding and a genuine interest in talent acquisition Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content A creative approach and the ability to think innovatively Self-driven and detail-oriented with a proactive attitude Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics tools
