Position: Working Student (m/f/d) in Branding & Campaign Management
Duration: Minimum commitment of 1 year
Location: Düsseldorf, Germany
Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled at a university

Your Responsibilities:
As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Branding & Campaign Management, you will play a key role in developing our branding initiatives and enhancing our market presence.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting the marketing manager with campaign planning, execution, and evaluation Supporting the analysis of campaign effectiveness and weekly reporting Conducting regular competitor analysis Collaborating with external partners and internal stakeholders Providing assistance with various ad hoc tasks

Your Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Marketing, Employer Branding, Human Resources, or a related field A strong enthusiasm for employer branding and a genuine interest in talent acquisition Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to produce engaging content A creative approach and the ability to think innovatively Self-motivated and proactive with a keen eye for detail Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment Familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of analytics tools
