We are looking for a Senior Memory Product Development Specialist to join our forward-thinking team of engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling Micron's products with flawless and issue-free release to both internal and external customers.
Your Role- You will verify the functionality of DRAM devices by performing measurements with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and bench testers.
- Analyze failures to identify the root cause.
- Extract manufacturing parametric data and interpret it using appropriate statistical methods.
- Define, develop, document, and validate test patterns to enable high-volume manufacturing and continuous quality improvement.
- Apply analysis results to drive yield enhancement, product cost, and device performance using suitable algorithms.
We require candidates with the following qualifications:
- A university master's degree in electrical engineering, physics, or computer science, with excellent grades.
- A strong background in semiconductor physics, digital and analog electronics.
- Good knowledge of semiconductor design, manufacturing, and failure analysis.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods or tools.
- Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and independent way of working.
- Strong teamwork attitude.
- Fluent English skills.
- An engaging position in the field of Test and Development within an international, highly innovative, and motivated team.
