Senior Controlling Manager – SCAYLE Payments Finance Performance Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Controlling Manager to join our team at SCAYLE Payments. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and planning to our senior management team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial reporting and planning processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address financial opportunities and challenges.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in financial planning and analysis tools.
- Knowledge of German regulatory requirements and local GAAP.
