Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial reporting and planning strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate and execute internal and external financial planning and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and maintain internal finance performance and business steering capabilities.
- Provide financial ad hoc analyses and support special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or a related field, with a focus on controlling or finance.
- 5+ years of experience in finance performance management, preferably in e-commerce and fintech sectors.
- Familiarity with regulatory environments and implications on finance functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and BI solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft D365 is a plus.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and analytical mindset.
- Enjoyment in working with numbers and KPIs.
