Senior Controlling Manager – SCAYLE Payments Finance Performance Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Controlling Manager to join our team at SCAYLE Payments. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and planning to our senior management team.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with our Product, Technology, and Risk & Compliance departments to drive financial planning and reporting.
- Collaborate with the ABOUT YOU Group to ensure alignment with our planning and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate and execute internal and external financial planning and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and enhance our internal finance performance and business steering capabilities.
- Provide financial ad hoc analyses, project support, and special assignments as needed.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or a related field, with a focus on controlling or finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in finance performance management, preferably in e-commerce and fintech sectors.
- Familiarity with regulatory environments and their implications on the finance function.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and BI solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft D365 is a plus.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage others in your topics.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong analytical mindset.
- Enjoyment in working with numbers and KPIs.
