Job Title: Identity and Access Management Specialist

Deutsche Börse Group is seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team. As an Identity and Access Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and improving the Identity and Access Management landscape within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Identity and Access Management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security standards.
  • Design and implement lifecycle processes for service accounts and principals, ensuring effective governance and access control.
  • Integrate Cloud IAM capabilities with central IAM tools to ensure seamless access management.
  • Conduct regular access reviews and enforce Least Privilege principles to ensure secure access to IT resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate IAM/PAM solutions into existing infrastructure.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams on IAM/PAM-related matters and participate in audit activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM/PAM projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of commonly used IAM and/or PAM solutions, such as SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk, or MS Entra ID.
  • Hands-on experience with GCP and/or Microsoft Azure IAM services.
  • Knowledge of Secrets Management, Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM), and Zero Trust principles.
  • Experience in handling IAM/PAM-related audits and good understanding of SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
