Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and winning new customers, projects, and orders through strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and projects
- Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business
- Provide Expert Advice and Support
- Offer technical guidance and product expertise to customers, planners, architects, and contractors
- Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure seamless customer support
- Document Sales Processes and Performance
- Utilize a modern CRM system to track sales activities and performance
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions
