Procurement and Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Vonmählen GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and seamless flow of goods and services throughout our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities- Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize our supply chain operations, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
- Procurement and Sourcing: Manage the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and inventory management.
- Logistics and Distribution: Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of logistics and distribution activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to our supply chain, including supply chain disruptions, inventory management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and finance teams, as well as external partners, such as suppliers and logistics providers.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Software and Systems: Proficiency in MS Office and WMS (Warehouse Management System) software.
