Position Overview

As an Identity Management Application Supervisor at DKB Service GmbH, you will take on a pivotal role in overseeing our Identity & Access Management application.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume technical leadership for the Identity & Access Management application in use.
  • Coordinate the incident management processes for the application under your supervision.
  • Manage and facilitate regular application releases.
  • Support and guide the migration of the application to cloud infrastructure.
  • Actively contribute your ideas within an agile team to enhance the application.
Candidate Profile
  • Completed degree in Business Informatics or a related field.
  • Initial experience in Identity & Access Management within a regulatory context, or a strong motivation for new challenges and continuous learning.
  • Solid understanding of release and incident management, along with ITIL principles.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • A passion for innovation and a forward-thinking mindset.
  • Strong assertiveness, maintaining composure in high-pressure situations, and demonstrating a confident demeanor.
  • A high level of accountability and a solution-oriented approach focused on essential outcomes.
  • Enjoyment in teamwork and effective communication.
