Exciting Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our company's strategic projects and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic projects focused on finance, accounting, and business strategy
  • Support senior management in various areas of responsibility, including project coordination and analysis
  • Analyze market trends and conduct profitability calculations to inform business decisions
  • Prepare comprehensive presentations and decision-making documents to facilitate communication and collaboration
  • Assist in planning and executing workshops and meetings to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development initiatives
  • Support daily operations and independent projects to ensure seamless execution
  • Facilitate communication within the company and contribute to external presentations to promote our brand and values

Requirements:

  • Degree in industrial engineering or business administration, with a strong foundation in finance and business principles
  • Previous practical experience in a related field, with a proven track record of success
  • International exposure through work or studies abroad, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to diverse cultural and business environments
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Problem-solving mindset and critical thinking skills, with a focus on driving business outcomes and improving processes
  • Integrity and confidentiality, with a strong commitment to upholding our company's values and reputation
  • Willingness to travel internationally, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent language skills and cultural competence
