Norman AI GmbH is seeking a highly motivated Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our founding team, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's strategy and direction. You will work directly with the CEO, be at the center of strategic decision-making, and drive our go-to-market.

This role offers a unique opportunity to build and scale a product from the ground up. You will be responsible for identifying and evaluating growth opportunities, designing and executing frameworks together with the CEO, and executing on growth opportunities through extensive cold outreach, content creation, and organizing events.

As a Growth Manager, you will also serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and gathering insights to inform product improvements. Additionally, you will conduct in-depth research on new markets, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential challenges, and provide actionable insights to guide our expansion strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ownership: Lead high-priority projects end-to-end.
  • Multi-tasking: Work on multiple projects in parallel.
  • Growth Support: Help identify and evaluate growth opportunities.
  • Extensive Communication: Execute on growth opportunities, including extensive cold outreach, content creation, and organizing events.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and support.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on new markets.
  • Event Representation: Represent Norman AI GmbH at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Requirements include:

  • Education: Bachelor's or higher degree in business, STEM, or any related field.
  • Proactivity: You have an entrepreneurial spirit with a 'getting things done' mentality.
  • Language: Native-level German and fluent English.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in startups, consulting, venture capital, investment banking, or other relevant work environment preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Location: Based in Berlin.
