Sales Manager Health Ingredients Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Irving Knight Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Health Ingredients business unit across EMEA, with a focus on sustainably sourced natural ingredients and colors for customers manufacturing dietary supplements, sports nutrition products, and cosmeceuticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
  • Utilize product knowledge and sales management experience to deliver the value proposition to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging markets, and market shifts to provide insights and recommendations to the business.
  • Represent Irving Knight Group as a leader in the industry through conferences, industry events, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, pricing, and R&D, to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • A technical degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience selling nutraceutical ingredients, with a strong track record of success.
  • Fluency in English and German is essential, with the ability to speak multiple languages a plus.
  • Self-motivated, high energy, and engaging level of enthusiasm and positive outlook.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to the audience.
  • Software knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A valid driver's license and evidence of insurability.
  • An existing network of customers within the nutraceutical industry.
