At FLUID Design GmbH, we're seeking a skilled Marketing Lead to spearhead our brand positioning efforts and drive international growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that amplify our brand voice and enhance our presence in the global market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our brand values and key messages.
  • Lead all marketing communications to ensure exceptional quality and creative consistency across digital and print platforms.
  • Collaborate with our content and design teams to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.
  • Drive measurable results through performance marketing across platforms like Google Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Work closely with our founders and team leads to shape and execute our comprehensive marketing strategy.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire our small marketing team to ensure strong collaboration and continuous development.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in social, content, and performance marketing.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing, PR, or a related role, preferably within an international creative agency environment.
  • Proven expertise in social media strategy, content marketing, and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to measure and optimize marketing performance.
  • Fluent communication skills in German and English, with outstanding writing and verbal communication skills.
